What is the typical turnaround time for design requests?
We're all about speed without sacrificing quality. Most designs land in your inbox within about 48-72 hours. Now, if you're asking for something super complex, like a whole website redesign, it will take longer, but we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
How do you manage more complex or extensive design projects?
Big projects? No problem! We just break them down into bite-sized pieces. This is how we handle things like website designs, mobile apps, or those big branding projects. You'll get regular updates, usually every 48-72 hours, until the whole thing is done. It's like building a design masterpiece, brick by brick!
I'm on the Starter plan. What if I want to upgrade to Professional?
No problem. Stripe does all the heavy lifting for you. You can upgrade at anytime for any reason. Just locate the 'manage subscription' card on your Trello board and you're good to go.
What's the process for getting started with Design Oven?
Super easy! Once you choose a plan, we'll create your very own Trello board. It's like your personal design command center! We'll send you an invite, and once you're in, you're ready to roll! We've even included some handy instructions right on the board so you know exactly how to request designs. Piece of cake!
How is your team structured to handle client requests?
It's just me, Kevin – at Design Oven. I don't outsource so you'll be working directly with me throughout your entire experience.
How many design projects can I submit?
As many as you want! Once you're subscribed, you can pile up those design requests like toppings on a pizza. You'll submit them one at a time from your running list and we'll tackle them in the order they're received. That way you always have a steady stream of fresh designs coming your way.
What is your refund policy?
We're confident you'll love what we create, but we understand things happen. If you are not satisfied within the first week of service, let us know and we can refund 75% of the subscription fee. We're always open to chatting about any concerns you have, so please reach out!
Do you do hourly work or bids per project?
We stick to our monthly subscriptions. We've found it's the best way to keep things smooth and predictable for everyone. It's like having a design team on retainer, without the big agency price tag.
What design services do you not currently offer?
While we can whip up a lot of design magic, there are a few things we don't handle. We don't do 3D modeling, document design (like medical forms), complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), or Adobe InDesign documents. We're focused on what we do best, and that's creating awesome websites, products, motion graphics and digital designs.
How do you ensure client satisfaction with the final designs?
We're not happy until you're happy. We'll keep re-working the design until it's what you love. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Think of it as an ongoing collaboration until we nail it!
